The Residential Energy and Environmental Advisor is an experienced and enthusiastic individual responsible for overseeing and managing the solar interconnection process, as well as driving program results in the various demand side management (DSM) and demand response (DR) program offerings. This role requires the candidate to have an understanding of how our customers can reduce electric consumption during peak periods to balance supply and demand. Moreover, the individual will need a strong understanding of communicating smart thermostats, distributed energy management systems (DERMS), solar interconnections, electric vehicles (EV), and battery storage systems.
