The Town of Castle Rock Public Works department provides outstanding service, safety and support for transportation infrastructure and maintenance.  Would you like to be part of the team that oversees the operation and design of the Town’s traffic system within the Public Works department? The Town of Castle Rock has an outstanding opportunity for a Traffic Engineering Analyst in our Public Works Department.  Under direction of the Traffic Operations Engineer, this position provides support to traffic engineering, transportation planning, capital improvement projects (CIPs), operational and maintenance activities, and traffic management efforts for the Town's Public Works Department. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.

Qualifications generally include a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (civil preferred) or related discipline supplemented by 2 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Enrollment as a Colorado Engineer Intern (EI) is preferred.

A valid driver's license is required to conduct on-site project evaluations and attend out of office meetings. Must satisfactorily complete a driving record check and criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
