A leader to steer assigned Branches’ growth and sustainability efforts through execution of F&R’s strategic plans. The successful candidate will lead her/his teams in meeting short and long term goals by demonstrating technical expertise and strong collaborative leadership skills.
This position is intended to lead Branch operations in Virginia offices as such, the preferred "home base" is the Corporate offices in Richmond, Virginia.
Proven leader in engineering and/or environmental services industry with the ability to identify and capture new markets.
Collaborative business partner who always operates with integrity to meet the needs of the business.
Excellent communicator who is comfortable educating potential clients about F&R’s strengths; leadership and staff about company direction.
Strong understanding and responsiveness to the client experience
Bachelor's degree in a related practice area. MBA or related business coursework highly preferred.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role and 10 years in a practice area.
Active participation in professional and industry organizations.
Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and technical information to staff and clients in a professional and effective manner.
Ability to delegate and follow-up efficiently.
