Administrative Controls Management, Inc. (ACM) is seeking project cost analysts and engineers with critical path method (CPM) and/or P6 scheduling for opportunities supporting our varied clients in Detroit, Michigan; Columbus, Ohio; Richmond, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Washington, D.C. ACM seeks recent college graduates as well as those with over 20+ years of experience - construction project experience is required, and all engineering disciplines can apply. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
Budgeting, forecasting, earned value, and risk management experience;
Oracle Primavera P6; Microsoft® Project and Office; SAP; and/or an off the shelf project management system;
Capital project reporting and/or forecasting for utility and/or manufacturing projects;
Cost estimating experience in either all areas of architectural take-off, conceptual/budgeting, or hard dollar estimating, with projects ranging from the $200,000 level and up;
Professional licenses and/or certifications (PE, CCP, EVP, PMP, PSP, etc.).
