We are a small, 33 year old, multi-disciplinary firm that includes civil engineering, land planning and architecture design services (Key: we are one of the few small firms that does all three.)We are located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and specialize in site and facility designs, senior living developments, large-scale self-storage facilities, and small commercial and public recreational projects. We also design single-family and multi-family (townhome) residential projects.
In many of our projects, we are involved from feasibility assessment through final construction, integrating the disciplines of civil engineering, land planning, and architecture to provide a unified project design for our clients. Each member of the team develops an understanding of the overall design project program, and the goals needed to make the project succeed. Our company does not confine team members to limited roles, and seeks professionals with the desire to expand beyond basic comfort zones, and to continuously grow in knowledge.

The majority of our business is from repeat clients with a need for accurate, detailed, and competent documents that rely on us to lead their project through the entire development process.
We are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager:
Registered P.E. (Professional Engineer) in Illinois
Bachelors Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of Civil Engineering experience.
Excellent knowledge of CAD, especially AutoCAD Civil 3D 2019.
Experience working with Illinois government agencies, and familiarity with various processes and approvals required by those agencies.
Experience with zoning and development codes, accessibility requirements, working drawing production, and construction observation.
