Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position open for a civil engineer. Responsibilities include coordinating with utility providers in relation to NCDOT transportation projects; developing utility sheets using CADD software programs; evaluating potential conflict points with existing utilities. Occasional travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering from an accredited four-year college or university AND at least four years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: NCDOT transportation design projects; NCDOT utility projects; AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation; MS Office. A PE license in the state of North Carolina is also a plus.
